Phil Carroll
Managing Director and Founder
As a Pimlico resident, Phil established Pimlico Painters and Decorators over ten years ago. He has since built up a large team of specialist and experienced tradesmen that includes decorators, plasterers and tilers covering all aspects of commercial and residential repair and redecoration work. Phil splits his time between overseeing the property maintenance side of the business and increasing the commercial base.
John Callander
Operations Manager
John joined Pimlico Painters and Decorators four years ago and has a wealth of experience managing teams and projects. John is responsible for all aspects of both our commercial and residential projects, including job assessments, set up of jobs and ensuring that work is delivered on time, on budget and to the high quality that our clients expect.
Darren Marchant
Head of Commercial Projects
Darren has been with Pimlico Painters and Decorators since the company was set up and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. As well as being a highly skilled decorator, Darren is responsible for overseeing our commercial projects. Darren leads the team of decorating specialists working on commercial buildings and properties, including sash window repair work, industrial floor coating works as well as general repair and redecoration work.
Michel Proksa
Head of Residential Projects
Michel joined Pimlico Painters and Decorators in 2012 and has over 15 years’ experience in decorating, specialising in restoring properties. Michel leads the team of decorating specialists working in our clients’ private homes, ranging from basic redecoration of rooms and flats, to large exterior and stucco renovation work.
Paul Kennedy
Decorating Specialist
Paul joined Pimlico Painters and Decorators in 2012 and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Paul specialises in wallpaper hanging and sash window restoration.
Stoyan Stoyanov
Industrial Floor Coating Specialist
Stoyan joined Pimlico Painters and Decorators in 2013 and has over ten years’ experience in the industry. Stoyan specialises in the application of epoxy resin floor coverings and has worked on numerous projects for our commercial clients.
Jean Albertyn
Decorating Specialist
Jean joined Pimlico Painters and Decorators in 2015. Jean is an experienced decorator who works on both the residential and commercial sides of the business.
